Credit Refund

Hi, 

I left Sky over 3 weeks ago, paid the early termination charges as was still in contract and now my accounts shows a credit balance which will cover future bills. As there's are no future charges due on my account, is it possible to get this refunded back to the bank account used for the direct debits?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I was told to contact you guys again on the 14th of the month to progress my refund request. Would it be possible to progress this on now please? Thanks
