Appreciate all you are doing but when will the episode be able to view. A lot of money spent on this product and subscription.

S.W.A.T. S8:E22 No video only audio after first advert break

On trying to view this initially informed it was not available and to try again later.

Tried again last night and played fine with both video and audio up to the first adverts, after the break only the audio could be heard and a complete black screen.

Restarted the puck via the settings reset option, no change.

Today I have restarted the puck by turning off completely and the router and still get the same video and audio until the advert break then only audio all the way to the end followed by the return of video. The video also returned during the further advert breaks.

Has anyone else experienced the same and who could it be reported to, thank you.

@Sky TV would you like some help sorting this out because you seem to be absolutely incapable of doing this your self. I have a very techy 13 year old school available to help your incompetent engineers. .... Delete the file upload it again ... 

 

I know this is affecting more than sky glass TV however glass TV is shocking I have fibre to home and cat6 to TV and still it buffers when fast forwarding in fact I can't fast forward at x30 as it goes backwards.... I have to do it at x12 .. worse decision I have ever made to have a cheap nasty no brand TV .... You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

S.W.A.T.S8 E22

 

Hi, S.W.A.T S8 E22 is now available to view. However, the second half of the show was sound only, a black screen + sound. The adverts are still visible !

 

  • Any ideas please.

I'm getting the exact same! Went to watch it yesterday to get the error message to say it's unavailable. And today was happy it was playing. Only after ad break, it then goes to black screen with audio but nothing visually. Getting rather annoyed with this now!

S.W.A.T S8 E22 - no picture after 21 mins

Watching S.W.A.T S8 E22 on Sky Glass and when I get to 21 mins in the picture goes black but there is still sound. Its only an issue with this episode of S.W.A.T, all other programs are fine.

Hi @njs333 Give it another try.  I have had this last ever episode of SWAT stuck on my continue watching rail since it was broadcast.  I keep trying it and literally 5 minutes ago when I tried it started playing (I'll watch it later though).
