S.W.A.T S8 E22 - currently unavailable

Just got home, the episode has magically reappeared but guess what... Blue screen "this item is currently unavailable"

Hi @MartinV,

I'm very sorry for the frustrations with this, it seems it's been a bit more difficult to resolve as first anticipated. Support teams have resolved some other impacted assets and are currently working on S.W.A.T. S8 E22. This last update was provided within the last hour, so I'm hoping this is fixed as soon as possible!

Yes thanks. I'm visually impaired so can't really see a iphone to watch stuff; but just got ipad so may watch it on there

The episode is corrupted from 22 minutes, either saying there is a technical error or showing the episode with sound but just a black screen and no picture. I have tried re-starting etc

Well that's no help to me is it

im glad you could watch it but I have a sky glass, I've rebooted it refreshed the apps started from the beginning and still after 22 mins a blank screen

Honestly i just gave up with this episode now. I first created this Fred to report the issue on the 15th of December, gets they have fixed the episode for other sky platforms apart from the platform that I made the report about (Sky Glass), 

absolutely happy to take your money every month but when it comes to fixing bugs and issues, it's always "Its a more complicated issue than we thought".
