I had a reply from Sky today to my email I sent about the blank screen with sound.

As much use as normal, replied by saying that they were already aware (ignoring the fact that my email was sent about 36 hours earlier than their reply) & as expected, they are looking into it!

Post 37 is from a sky employee who also reported the blank screen issue to the support teams but I do agree it has now been 5 days since the original episode should've been available and we are still unable to watch this episode. 

How much do we pay for our sky package? and even years later the issues especially with sky glass are so frustrating. It is completely unacceptable! 

I do feel like if this episode doesn't become available today we are going to have a long wait because of the teams are going to break up for Christmas!!

Can @Chloe-W22 maybe update us on when this episode will be fixed?

I'm really sorry that this is still not working, but please be assured that our support teams are aware and working on the fix.

If I treated my customers with this much vagueness I would be out of a job. It's the same every day we are looking into it. And they are fixing the issue. 
how hard can this actually be it's only one episode

Clearly paying for the extravagant Xmas party they must all be on as no one is sorting this.  It's a complete joke to all paying customers 

if I don't pay my bill and tell them I'm looking into it I bet there team would be able to cut me off in seconds

Honestly sky glass is the worst decision I've ever made!

As of 17:10 The episode of SWAT has gone from being able to watch half of it than a blank screen to the episode being currently unavailable and the blue screen again.  

I can only hope this is because support teams have removed the episode and are re uploading it! time will tell!!
