Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - March 2022

I thought NBC News Now was on its way. It has been testing for several weeks on satellite. No mention of it in the list for March.

NBC News Now is coming. The list only covers a week at a time.

Ah, my UK box probably hasn't updated. It's on channel 65535 now when I press select. I was watching it when it got removed, seemingly.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - March 2022

Monday 7th

  • NBC News Now HD launches on satellite at EPG number (Satellite only - 525) in the UK only

. . . I'm just wondering if NBC News Now will be getting an EU licence as it's an enjoyable channel to watch and I really prefer their style over some other news channels?

It's very disappointing that it won't be on 525 in Ireland.

No one here can tell you if they will apply for a EU licence, neither would any Employees know the answer.  That woud be something only NBC would know,  you can watch it online and through youtube etc.

Thanks for your somewhat abrupt reply.

I know this is a customer forum, I thought perhaps "Chloe-W22" could pass on my query when she read it.

@Dave+in+Dublin  You could email Viewer relations yourself ViewerR@sky.uk   but I doubt they would be able to give any more info.  As already advised it would be NBC who make the decision and it is unlikely they will give out that info before the time.

Given NBC now is only available in hd I wonder if everyone gains access or those just with the entertainment hd pack.
