I have no landline, I got in touch with sky and they checked the line and found a fault outside the house. An egineer came today but we were out. They sky person I talked too said we didn't need to be in. Now I need another visit to check in line inside the house. We are both over 80 and very vunerable

Unfortunately that advice was probably incorrect: it's standard practice for Openreach to need to inject a tone from a socket at the address.

My landline is not working - and has had no dial tone since 23 October despite raising with sky this has still not been resolved please help

I have joined sky about two months ago and all is well but since I've joined I haven't be able to receive or call people with my landline phone. I've been sent out all the essentials need to plug into the phone but still no joy. I've read a previous thread which was the exact same problem. The sky worker caled them and sent and engineer to there house as it was a faulty problem. I'd appreciate any help thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rianslater03 does your Sky broadband Hub have a 'Voice' light? If it's lit, is your phone plugged into the Hub? It won't work from a wall socket.

I have gone through the tips and removed the sky micro filter that is plugged into the master and the phone line works. How do I get replacement sky micrfilter that screws into the master socket?

A non-Sky microfilter will be fine. You can buy one cheaply online or at your local hardware store. They plug in rather than screw in.

The voice light isn't on and yes it is plugged into the hub.
