Hello
My elderly mother's landline has stopped working (a few days now). I don't live close by but the account is in my name.
How do I get in touch with someone to check this out? I'm not a Sky customer myself so they will charge me to make a phone call. (Which I think is outrageous).
All her other services (broadband, tv, etc check out fine).
Any help is gratefully received.
Thanks
Gareth

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you have the account in your name @drcymru see if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Thanks but it's not a broadband problem.

All the products test ok, but it doesn't give you the option to test the landline.
