Landline not working

My landline is not working. I have tried all the steps suggested online and nothing helps. There is no dial tone at all. Phone screen says check phone line. When I ring the number from a mobile, it doesn't ring on the landline. 

How can I get this resolved?

Any recent changes to your package? Is your broadband working okay? Has the phone been working okay up till now?

As the last time you reported similar you didn't engage in the chat invite that was arranged for you, you may have to find other means of contacting Sky and reporting it.

Broadband working fine. No changes to package.  Landline has been down for at least 3 days. 

Wasn't aware of any chat having been arranged previously, so apologies for having missed it.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
