I have plugged the house phone into the back of the router and the voice light is green. I can make outbound calls, however, I can't accept inbound calls. When you phone the landline it doesn't even phone/ring. Any help would be great?

It could be worth considering registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
