I have noticed that my landline is down. There is no dialling tone so can't make outgoing calls or receive calls. When I phone the number it is ringing but nothing comes through to my landline. I don't have calls included in my package only Broadband however shouldn't the phone still work at least for incoming and if used for outgoing will get charged or does the landline just not work period? Thanks

My landline has a conti nuous dial tone when dialling out and wont then ring number?
Can anyone help tried to get it online via the chat bot and slowly losing the plot

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Hi my landline has not worked since mid December but have been unable to get in touch with anyone online at first it would ring intermittently with a loud screeching sound through the receiver to there been no sound at all now we tried a new phone but it has not helped and the self help guides also did not fix it.

It will need to be reported to Sky, then. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so thay you can do that.
