Free Calls

 I have the basic Sky Pay As You Talk Plan , are calls free from my landline to Sky customer service as it doesn't really specify on my account.

Yes. All calls to Sky Customer Services are free (the basic 150 number or by dialling the full 0333 numbers) from a Sky Mobile phone or Sky Talk landline.
