Unable to access Sky Shield on Sky Website

I am unable to access 'Sky Shield' on Sky Website, which I use to block numbers from scam callers.

Access to ‘Talk Shield’ is supposed to be accessible by following the following links.

As you will see, if you follow this link, the following message is displayed.

Until a few days ago, access to ‘Talk Shield’ was possible by following the link below, which I was given in November 2023 by a Sky agent.

is now working again, but the link on the Sky website is still showing the following address, which does not work
