As we're a customer Community, nobody here can do that I'm afraid. Was this an Openreach visit? Were you given a particular time slot?

Yes, all day. But the last time this happened they didn't turn up. Do you know what phone number I can use to contact sky about this?

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

It's unlikely that Sky will have any additional information above what you already know. Openreach update them at the end of the day, so unless they advised Sky yesterday or before of a problem, Sky won't have further information yet.
