Hi,
I have been waiting for some confirmation of an engineer visit to my property to fix the LOS issue on my ONT. The order still says "To be confirmed". The visit was booked on Thursday 28th and I assumed I would have some sort of update by now for a date/time at the very least. Do these things just not update and OpenReach turn up out of the blue?
I appreciate that it's a busy time of year but when you have Sky Stream, no broadband and poor mobile data service, there's only so many times you can play Monopoly, Scrabble or Power Wash Simulator without losing sanity.

As I've said this, just got a text from Sky advising that my fault is now fixed.
Wish they'd be more open but c'est la vie.

Typically you would expect a date booked in by now to sort it unless you problem is an area outage. Is there anything in your Sky status checker for your area?

The Sky App says no outage in the area. The LOS light on the ONT and a local facebook group (not always the best source I know) are saying otherwise.

Sorry, I'm saying the FB group are saying there is an outage.
Sky App points to no outage in the area.
