New Fiber issue

Hi I've just had fiver150 put in they took away my old copper landline now my telephone is connected directly in to the back of my WiFi router via the fiber line I can call out from the line but if I use my mobile to call it there is a pre recorded message saying sorry the person you are calling is on another call please try later any one have any ideas much appreciated 😊👍

Activation of the phone service can take up to 24 hours, so you may find that incoming calls are received ok today.

 

If not, and you have a black Hub, try restarting it by switching of at the plug for 30 seconds.

 

If you have a white Max Hub, try factory resetting it, by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds.

 

If you still can't receive calls successfully, it's best reported to Sky (thought they may suggest waiting a bit longer). We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
