I am still having the same issues on the same channels, Sky Witness and Nat Geo Wild are the worst affected whilst watching live but ok when watching them back when recorded. Watched lots of non Sky channels over the weekend and no issues at all.

Mine was the same on both of these programmes. I think the periods of the sound cutting out are getting longer. When it first started several weeks ago it was for about a second at a time. In some instances now it seems to be about 4 or 5 seconds.

I agree. Was just watching Nat Geo Wild and the sound cut out for several seconds. It is getting really annoying now as this problem has been going on for about 3 weeks and still has not been resolved.

I have also been having the same problem with intermittent sound cutting out on Sky Witness channel for 2-3 weeks now! It's very annoying and spoils every programme.
Sort it out please Sky and don't deny or ignore reported issues when they arise, we pay enough. Thank you

It doesn't seem to happen on +1, very strange.

I imagine it's because Sky no longer have the rights to show it.

I'm afraid not as it will have been removed from all platforms like Virhin and Bt as well for the same reason.

If you Pause the live broadcast for a few seconds, then Play (so essentially watching a recording) does it still happen?

Not tried that one. If I watch the channels when recorded there is no sound loss. I will give it a go but this problem of sound loss has never happened before until the last few weeks so what is the issue?

The same thing happened with 911 Lone Star which I used to watch on Sky but has now moved to Disney+. Won't be much left worth watching on Sky soon!

@gary+gowton @They did the same with the last season of The Resident. So annoying when you have invested the time watching a series from day one

@oj01 I've started rewinding live TV a couple of minutes and then press play and it's ok sound wise
