I lost channel 512 yesterday morning al, other channels are fine. I've done resets several times and still no luck message on screen just says your skybox isn't getting a satellite signal? Every other channel is fine so I don't understand why just that 1 channel ?

I'm having the same problem? How do I rectify this?
As per the previous replies, you'll need to have your dish alignment checked. There's no longer any engineer support for Sky+ from Sky unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite engineer to take a look. Or upgrade to Sky Q.

I have checked every channel and it's only this one!

" UK migrants & retirees living in the south of Spain can now watch the channel via a normal domestic-sized 75cm dish. "
Oh, the irony....

GB News is now on the same transponder as:
EarthX TV (180)
CNN HD (506)
Loveworld TV (585)
I know you've checked every channel but just to be sure, are they definitely working? If so your box may have missed GB News moving to a new frequency, and a reboot should fix it.
Personally I would consider the loss of GB News to be a blessing but each to their own!

We have also lost GBNews..trying to get hold of Sky and talk to someone is challenging..have you had any luck yet?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you have Sky+? If you do Sky no longer deploy an engineer for Sky+ / Sky+HD issues. If your issue needs an engineer they will advise you of this and recommend you change your subscription to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream. If it’s a dish issue you will need to contact a local independent satellite engineer to investigate at your own expense. The exception to this is if you already have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance whereby you can still contact D&G and request attendance.

Hi..yes have HDSKY+ but GBNews is the only channel that we can't get?? All the other channels are fine so its not a satelite issue as its saying on screen..v.strange????
