sky.com/activate problem
I'm trying to link my account to my Sky Stream puck but when I go to https://sky.com/activate to enter the code I keep getting the message "Oops there has been a problem" and says call a Sky expert (I'm on hold... for...ever? !)

Re: sky.com/activate problem
@Jubyju Have you logged into your Sky account before using that link?
If not do that, if it still doesn't work use incognito/private mode on your browser

@Jubyju Are you able to try a different browser, or clear your browser cache?

Welcome to the club. It's all a joke at our expense and I will be dumping this useless piece of junk at my local rubbish tip.

Re: sky.com/activate problem
Try refreshing your browser cache or try the activate link in another browser or device.
Before clicking on the activate link, log in to your MySky account first.
Also, try this alternative link;
Make sure you have logged into your Mysky account in your browser before trying.
https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate
Or try doing the activating on a 4g or 5g mobile not connected to your home broadband.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Re: sky.com/activate problem
Hiya. I've been having the same problem. Got stream yesterday. Tried setting up today and having the same trouble. Tried the number and that put me through to the sky mobile team! The operator said she'd heard there was a technical issue with stream and glass and was going to put me through to stream but I didn't want to sit on hold. Going to try again later. Although she did notice my mobile contract gas lapsed and got me a 20% off new deal. Every cloud!

Re: sky.com/activate problem
Same issue here trying to get my second puck activated. Called them to several times with lengthy wait times. Eventually told it's all linked to the issue they're having with stream devices. Not sure I believe it though. Complaint imminent if it's not resolved soon.

Not an advisable course of action ... it would result in a charge for not returning Sky's property ... the Puck🤔
A better idea is cancel Sky Stream and access Sky's subscription channels using NOWTV and other channels and ondemand using the Broadcaster's apps😉
