Sky Stream stuck at remote control setup despite following all published fixes!!!

My Sky Stream is stuck at the Remote Control Setup. I have a new replacement remote, batteries work, have tried reset of puck (60 second hold whilst powering up) and reset of remote (7+9). But nothing is working with new or old remote control. Have been on hold to sky for an hour and had to put kids to bed. Help please 🙏

Same issue, TV wouldn't turn on quite often of remote freezes, so annoying
