puck issue

Puck has constant white light and remote does nothing, changed batteries, turned on & off as instructed

You've probably got a dead remote. They're trash - really, really not good. Try giving it a twist with a firm grip as if wringing out a cloth. This can sometimes spark them back into life, if only temporarily. 

Also try turning the puck off at the wall for at least 10 minutes then power it back on. A full reboot can sometimes sort them out.

Further to @Jones_The_Cat tip about twisting the remote. If the remote is lighting up and has power, try repairing it via the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

 

It's it's completely dead you can get a replacement from Sky as the rent the puck to you. You will need to contact sky customer service as we are fellow subscribers here.

If none of these options work you can request a replacement remote via this link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

If you have an old Sky Q remote, you can use that as an interim solution whilst you await the new remote.
