I have just joined SKY so forgive me if being daft 😊. I don't seem to have an option to set up individual playlists. I can add to one list but there is no icon option as shown in video to add more. If no programme on it says 'Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available'. Help! 🙏

This worked. 1. Power down. 2. Hold power button under puck. 3. Power up. 4. Keep holding power down till lights flash between colours - around 20 seconds. 5. Follow screen instructions.

@Marj - first thing i'd suggest is actually rebooting the Sky stream puck. You can do this cleanly by putting it into standup and turning it off at the plug for a minute. Then see if the + icon appears in the playlist to create an additional profile
