Puck won't start most days just flashes white light and switching on and off does not make a difference. Resetting the wifi the same it's obviously defective and there is nowhere to report it the system just assumes it's on and you can go to settings It will not recognise "puck won't start" Why I don't know
it's very poor that Sky cannot check it all the testing is on the customer

By definition Sky cannot remotely 'check' a device which isn't connected, and there's just no in-person support for Stream.

it's clearly defective
I saw someone say they can go wrong after a firmware update Cheers
my nearest shop is Bury
