Sky glass puck flashes white and sky starts to switch on but diesnt

The puck is flashing white and it looks like sky is starting up but it never does and sends me back to 'no signal'

Try the steps outlined in this article. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

If step four (recovery) doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky for a replacement puck (we are fellow subscribers on the forum)
