Not connected to internet

my sky stream puck is not connecting to internet. Computer and phone are connected but not puck. 
have gone through settings to reset, but it is saying there send a problem with your internet and not connected. Have connection with broadband router. Any ideas or help?

@Lisa145  Have you tried rebooting your stream puck?

Finally got working, after about a hour and lots of rebooting and switching things off and on again. Phew!!
