Service down in Sudbury, Suffolk area

Hello, I have suffered from a stroke so someone is helping me type this.

The service in Sudbury, Suffolk has been down for 24 hours already, the only way to speak with a Sky Expert is via phone, which I'm unable to do.

Please can you let me know when the Sky Stream service will be available again

Thank you

Below is the resolution that you need to get your person who is helping you action.

Take it easy and hope you are feeling better soon.

Hopefully after doing this, you can start watching with your Sky Stream again.

Any further problems, come back on here and we will help you further.

Follow the procedure exactly that mentions Sky Stream as described in post 2 of this thread, flagged as the Answer post from Sky.
