Sky stream activation

Do I need to have my sky stream puck activated by sky? I'm a new sky customer and since it came, it just goes back to pin reset all the time and yellow and red light flashes underneath it.

You need to put your pin usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.

it Will then load & should start working.
