I have a found a quick fix for all watching via their Sky Q box (while waiting for them to fix the problem) I did at first exit the app and turn the box off from the remote, but that only worked twice. So, if you pause the ad when it first starts it doesn't freeze, then crash. *BUT* you don't use the play/pause button, use the select (middle circle button with a white dot) and voila, no freezing! But it does add additional time to the already frequent and too long ads.

Same thing, can't watch 1923, Jo Pickett etc due to the freezing, error codes and episode skipping - have stopped wtching this channel now

I'm having exactly the same Issue 31 seconds countdown on adverts same error message no solution come on Sky!!!

Same problem, error 3005 while watching 1923. Gets half way through an episode and freezes 31 seconds into the adverts. Then cannot play the rest of the programme and jumps to the next episode.

This has been going on for weeks now and still no answers or solution. This happened to my mum first, she made lots of enquiries to sky who kept blaming paramount and vise versa,  then suddenly here's just started being OK again , now I'm having same issues and still waiting for it to be fixed,  seems more and more people each week are having issues now, bet if everyone started cancelling sky cinema they'd soon get it sorted

That's strange as we've only just got sky cinema and it's since then that we've had the problem

No help at all. I've been in touch with Paramount too and all they said is they would look into the problem

Hi, has there been any progress with this escalated fault please?  I spent a long time on with the sky technical help desk and it is pretty clear that they are not aware of the fault.

I have this problem, totally pointless having Paramount+ now. Will probably bin Sky Movies and this now.
