Trouble with the app
keeps buffering then coming up with error 3005
called sky support tried a few things still not working
sky said they can't do much as they don't have access

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention, and thank you, @lettice , for tagging us.
I can understand how frustrating this must be, and I'm sorry about the issues. I've escalated the problem to our support teams. As soon as I have more information, I will let everyone known.
I've merged some posts into this thread, so it may look a bit out of sync. I'll be marking this post as the answer, so that everyone keeps up to date with the most recent information.
