My mam asked me to check NCOs Los Angeles series 2 episode 9 : Absolution as she gets a 3005 error every time. I checked on my box (different household) and I get the exact same error on this episode

I am getting the error on that same episode as @Ashsm.  I can watch the episodes before and after just not that one. Is a solution coming?

Hi,

I updated my broadband to a faster speed and it resolved the issues.

not sure if that is an option for you, mine started to buffer when the ads started. Was fine before and I tried everything else. Mine could be a one off but worth exploring if you have a basic package. (Sky said it had nothing to do with the Broadband which has proven to be wrong for me).

I should add, the router moved away from the Puck (in another room) which may also have been an issue.

How long is this going take to sort out as paramount + is not watchable at the moment.

Paramount + is now unwatchable on Sky Glass.  Won't load, freezes, advert stick , episodes jump around - I have cjecked the internet, rebooted sky glass, refreshed apps etc.  Nothing works to fix this

@KevNewMedia Hi, thanks for looking into this but do we have a solution? I can't believe there's service that just doesn't work and loads of online chatter but no comms from Sky.

We too are having the same issue trying to watch 1923. Gets stuck on the adverts after 31 seconds and the. Gives the error code 3005. We are on SkyGlass and it is very frustrating!

Is there any update? This is ridiculous! No issues with the ads before the episode (Yellowstone) starts, just the 60+ seconds during the show. And as previously mentioned, when you select "try again" from the error msg you start a new episode. I only noticed this when I realised I had missed previous scenes from watching the series again. Any newcomers would miss pivotal scenes without realising it.

Same issue here...Sky Stream full fibre and P+ does nothing but buffer no wonder it's free with Sky Cinema....radio silence from Sky customer services !?!?!.!

Has this problem been fixed as I cannot find how and my sky q - paramount app has started doing it. 

 

It freezes at 31seconds of the longer add break half way through watching Moblands.

 

I have tried restarting the episode, the sky box and nothing.
