Hi I refreshed the app and it's actually worse now more black screen flicking show freezes and goes back on to sky. I watched it on the app thought my TV and there are no issues just through Sky Q

It's terrible. I can watch it ok through the mini box but the main box is terrible.
Really disappointed in the lack of communication from Sky even if it's to say we are still working on it

Hi everyone
I have received a response from Hayu regarding a fix. 🤔 Sounds a bit like my IT department at work hahaha 😆 I haven't tried it yet so cannot confirm if it works yet however here is their suggestion.

Mine genuinely hasn't worked in weeks but just turned everything off at the wall and left it at least 10 seconds and went into the hayu app and it's now working perfectly, for how long I don't know...

It's terrible. I just don't understand why Sky has went RADIO SILENT went clearly there are so many of us with an issue. I tried to do what Hayu advised could not even keep the screen lit for long enough to see what I was doing then the TV just turned off what the heck. Honestly loosing the will 🙄

Haven't tried it yet, but will let you know how it goes when I do. You're right, though - Sky said they would look into it on the 30th December, and since then there's been nothing at all. That's not how they usually work, so it's really disappointing.

I tried switching it all off at the wall and it still didn't work. So annoying that we are paying a subscription and of course Sky for sub standard service.

100% and I am really not happy with Sky leaving us with no update. I sent a screenshot to Hayu that there was 5 comment pages here to show it wasn't just me

Tried the Hayu advice last night, and of course it didn't work. This is really not good enough; I managed to watch through my Amazon firestick, but watching through Sky is - should be, when it works - a lot less hassle.

I am losing the will with it. It is a lot easier with Sky (should be). I originally had Hayu through Amazon then went through Sky for ease. I haven't heard back from Hayu yet but I will let you all know. I will let them know that their advice didn't work for you either. I am not one for raising complaints but I am getting close...

Hi all,
I've had the same issue with Hayu app not working and just freezing on my Sky Stream for the last week.
Tried refreshing apps as suggested on here and then also restarting sky etc. Nothing worked. I couldn't log out of the Hayu app either because it wouldn't let me do anything once the app had opened.
However, I've just turned my Sky Stream off at the wall and Hayu is working again for now! Thank you to the person who suggested it and hope it helps someone else.
