Hayu have emailed me to ask for details of the issue so I have emailed them back so hopefully we can get our shows back 😊

Hi I refreshed the app and it's actually worse now more black screen flicking show freezes and goes back on to sky. I watched it on the app thought my TV and there are no issues just through Sky Q

It's terrible. I can watch it ok through the mini box but the main box is terrible. 

 

Really disappointed in the lack of communication from Sky even if it's to say we are still working on it

Hi everyone 

 

I have received a response from Hayu regarding a fix. 🤔 Sounds a bit like my IT department at work hahaha 😆  I haven't tried it yet so cannot confirm if it works yet however here is their suggestion.

Mine genuinely hasn't worked in weeks but just turned everything off at the wall and left it at least 10 seconds and went into the hayu app and it's now working perfectly, for how long I don't know...
