loading program

im having problems with my sky puck while watching a programe the screen goes blank and a message appears say please wait programe loading and about two min later the broadband drops out this happening about 20 times a day over the last few days

Sounds very much like a poor WiFi connection. Stream requires good internal WiFi in your home to work efficiently, other electronics may work fine like your mobile, iPads etc but Stream is different. 

If your signal is weak then Ethernet is probably your best option and turn WiFi off on the puck.

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test several times, say over a half hour period.
