@Tonywear try unplugging the stream puck for a couple of minutes and then see if that resolves the issue.

Re: Challenge channel

Thanks I have tried unplugging the puk and a second puk which has the same issues, I have even rebooted the wifi. It does come back on but then goes off at the next break.

Are both the devices connected via WiFi? As a test you could try connecting one via Ethernet cable and disabling WiFi in the device settings and see if that helps. That would either point or eliminate the issue being WiFi signal related.

I've just done a bit of testing and you shouldn't need to reboot to restore normal service.

I opened a random app, went back to the Home Screen and was able to once again switch between the live channels.

(clearly I'm looking for any distractions from my work 😀)

Re: Challenge channel freezing after an ad-break

Thanks for your response. I tried this by going into playlist which eventually it came back on without turning puk on and off again but it's not an ideal fix. Sadly I watch challenge tv all the time. Thanks for your help with this issue hopefully sky will fix the issue. 👍

Re: Challenge channel freezing after an ad-break

This is also happening for me too. Its been doing it for over a week. Only on challenge chanel during ad break. Really frustrating. Has anyone had a fix from sky yet?

Nothing yet but it's been escalated up the chain.

Re: Challenge channel freezing after an ad-break

I am also experiencing this issue. Started a few days ago. Freezes during every ad break and takes ages to restart meaning much of the show is missed

Re: Challenge channel freezing after an ad-break

Ye it's so frustrating, best way I find round it is swap to another channel when challenge breaks come on then flip back when you think challenge adds are finished

Re: Challenge channel freezing after an ad-break

Also experiencing this issue since yesterday. Hopefully this gets sorted as being able to stream challenge over WiFi was a huge pull as our terristeial TV signal is awful. It does sort itself out after a reboot but obviously don't want to be doing that each ad break!
