Amazon Prime app not working on sky stream!

What information?? Skybhasnt actually provided any, it's ridiculous. I've beeen battling with my Prine Video app for three weeks now, it's unacceptable.

I have had the same issue for the last month! I have contacted bot Amazon and  Sky and they blame each other passing the buck! Very disappointed in the lack of resolution from them both.

I've given up there appears to be no will to rectify this probably with Amazon but Sky often drag their feet too. 

I watch any major apps through Apple again now and with NOW so cheap I subscribe to that too. 

Sky is ok for live content and fringe channels that I rately watch. 

My intetest in Sky will be peaked when Sky OS has a major refresh and modernised with a clean look.

I still cannot watch prime through this there is no point having sky stream anymore lucky I have smart tvs that I watch prime and other apps through

This has been weeks now and we're still no further forward other than Sky users can not access Prime Video through their pucks!! I have two pucks one device works one doesn't!! A family members home also has the exact same issue! What is the timescale for getting this resolved. Really not happy the amount of people having issues and when calling getting fobbed off doing the same puck resets/restarts time and time again when it isnt going to work, hours and hours of my life have been wasted trying to sort this. Please acknowledge there is an evident issue and provide an update with when it is likely to be fixed! It can't work fine one day and stop the next without Sky being aware, or something changing within Sky that they know would be the cause of this issue. Please provide a suitable update.

Be quicker to learn how to knit fog than get a speedy solution. Bite the bullet and watch Prime on a firestick or preferably an Apple TV box. An update will happen when it happens here you will never get a commitment directly from Sky.

Sorry to ask but could you explain exactly what I'd need to do to do this to my puck please? Just trying to exhaust all options to try and fix it myself.

There's nothing the consumer can do , it is an issue with sky and Amazon!

There is nothing you can do but wait until Sky & Amazon get their act together. I always recommend to have a backup solution as these services can be flaky on various platforms.

I contacted sky they said it was Amazon's issue I contacted them was on the chat for an hour. It works on my other devices I've tried all the advice and nothing works. I also think it's a glitch in the puck but also I think Amazon had modified things as they look slightly different from the last time I visited prime. Amazon tools me to cancel my subscription and re in-state it but now I can't re in-state it what a farce sky are talking no responsibility

I'm getting the exact same issue as everyone else on this chain.
I've been experiencing issues for at least 2 weeks and it's now July 6th - why isn't this being fixed?!  

Or why aren't we being given an update on this Sky?
