Sky Stream not playing after install
I've recently received my sky stream puck and set it up as advised but it keeps cutting out and freezing on me. Most of the time this is the screen just going black and losing both picture and sound, seconds or minutes after it loads to the home menu. I received this yesterday and as a result have not been able to watch any TV yet!!

@mikeatkns Is the puck connected over wifi? On the stream puck open the Netflix app, go to Get Help and run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Yes, the puck is connected over wifi. The screen doesn't stay on long enough before blacking out for me to get to Netflix settings!

In that case i'd recommend pluging in an ethernet cable, then open the settings on the puck and turning the Wifi off.
