Amazon Prime app not working on sky stream!

I'm having exactly the same problem. Has anyone had a resolution yet?

Same here, our main sky glass tv and puck in the kitchen work fine however I then can't watch Amazon on my second puck. Tried upgrading to ad free on Amazon thinking no ads would stop it freezing however it now just won't load a programme.

Prime hasn't worked consistently from the launch of stream so don't hold your breathe!

I can't understand Sky having gone into the world of one for all streaming service which is excellent when it works operates such a flaky app server based system. Bonkers!

Ah right, I left Sky some 10 years ago so unsure of Q issues. I liked the concept of Sky stream but it still has a long way to go to make it user friendly.

I am very frustrated with sky stream as a whole. The latest issue I am facing is that I cannot play clarksons farm through sky stream. I can play it through prime video on the iPad so I know it's an issue with sky stream. I have looked online for answers and someone addressed a similar issue stating they can watch old shows on prime video but not new ones such as this. There is no error code, it simply says something went wrong, which makes it difficult to troubleshoot. I have tried to call customer service through two numbers I found online but it will not allow me to get in touch with a representative. I also looked in the FAQ section and spoke to the chat bot. Completely useless. What do we even pay for if it doesn't work properly and we can't get support? 

Any advice that does not involve a chat bot or automated reply would be appreciated.

Anyone know why I can't download Amazon Prime video shows? I can access the home page but can't stream anything. I recently came over from Virgin and pay directly to Amazon.

You can't download Prime Video shows on a Stream puck, you can only stream them. 

There have been issues with the app on Sky's hardware for several weeks now. Sky are apparently working on a fix but no timeline has been given for when it might become reliable.
