Hello I payed for the new jurassic  world movie on 28th  August  but I can't seem to find  it on my purchases but i have been billed for it  can some one please help

It is usually worth looking at your library online and see if your purchase is here

If so - just choose it and select "send to box"

That should make it appear/reappear on your Sky box under recordings / purchases.
