Preordered a movie and it won’t download
I pre ordered a movie (Bullet) released today but it's not letting me download and live chat isn't working either. Any advice appreciated thanks

If the film is now available to download then one possible option is to see if you can cancel the pre-order then ordering it. Go to the Sky Store section online here:
https://www.skystore.com/n/amyo/my-account/my-orders
If this link doesn't take you to it go to My Account > My Orders and select the cancel option against the film that was pre-ordered.
