Hi,
Whenever I try to play movies or TV shows that I have purchased on either the Sky Store web browser, or Windows Desktop app, I receive an error. When I try to play a title in the web browser, it says "We can't find the details for this video at the moment". When I try to play a title or download it on the desktop app, it says "Something's gone wrong
We are experiencing a problem at the moment. Please try again".
Please help me to fix this error.

Same here on my PC and iPad so the issue is at Sky's end.
