Sky Store purchases won't play or download

Just started playing.

now to see if I can stay awake to see the end of the film.

I reinstalled the sky store app this morning and the playback error is still here with roku streaming devices

Just had to contact sky as my purchase had no confirmation email and they looked into it and said even tho I could watch the film the order hadnt gone through to office and I wasnt gonna get the dvd but they fixed it so heads up anyone that did buy and keep that night

Having the same problem, just purchased a movie via sky store, trying to download or play on sky store app and it just says unavailable or check your connection on everything I try to watch or download...

Looks like it's an issue their end again, same problem at my house

and there was me wanting to be an overgrown child and snuggle up watching my new disney film!

it seems the same problem keeps happening like many others i can buy movies yet cant watch them keep getting pop up claiming cant connect to sky store 

seems suspect concidering it can connect enough to show store contents and for purchases 

which init self can be considered as illegal ( selling without allowing access to purchase after) 

if there is a reason and/or solution it would be appropriated

There is nothing suspect to it, there is a fault at Sky's end which looks like it has been fixed as this is now working for me.

Trying to download films but sky box keeps

saying due to a technical issue can't download  please try later. Been like that 48hrs
