Sky Store purchases won't play or download

Hi,

Whenever I try to play movies or TV shows that I have purchased on either the Sky Store web browser, or Windows Desktop app, I receive an error. When I try to play a title in the web browser, it says "We can't find the details for this video at the moment". When I try to play a title or download it on the desktop app, it says "Something's gone wrong
We are experiencing a problem at the moment. Please try again".

Please help me to fix this error.

I'm having the same problem on my computer, and also on the Sky Store app on my Now TV box, can't play or resume anything. Just get a message saying "Playback unavailable at the moment. Please try again. (1102)"

Same here on my PC and iPad so the issue is at Sky's end.

Same here. My wine is getting warm and my nibbles are diminishing waiting for this to get fixed. I may have to kill small woodland creatures while I wait.  You only have yourself to blame Mr Sky.

Same problem, and been charged twice! Not happy they better refund tomorrow as we've just had to buy it on amazon with 3 unhappy children

Well that answers my question then I just bought trolls twin pack with my credit and I've got no confirmation email and it wont play anything I'm so **bleep** have miserable autistic children screaming at me cos plan had to change with no warning so fun night for me!!
