Trying to redeem my loyalty code for my film but it's gone onto my Sky account and not allowed my to enter the unique code it's proving impossible to get in touch with customer service

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KimR1981 the code needs to be entered when placing an order via the sky store website for mobile viewing only unless it's a buy and keep which can be sent to box

Find out moreIf you have entered the code via your online account then you will see a credit now applied to your account, so when you make a purchase via your online account this credit will be used to pay it. Only Buy and Keep films can then be sent to a Sky box.
