Ordered Carnage, dvd has been opened

Bought Carnage, dvd arrived opened and used. I did not buy a second hand dvd, I ordered a brand new one. I am really not happy paying for a new one, but getting a second hand one. Please sort this.

I guess you don't realise that on here we are all customers like you - so none of us will be able to sort it out for you. 

if you're talking about there being no plastic shrink wrap on the box, that is quite normal apparently (save the planet etc)

If there is another reason to suggest it's been opened / 2nd hand then I would contact the Skystore team here

Same happen to me John wick 4 came opened envelope dvd not sealed possible used.

i rung sky and was told they would replace . But also stated they buy with out seals because plastic waste friendly .

I didn't bother with replacing but definitely not purchasing from sky again.
