Where is the OK button on Sky Q remote

When our TV / SKY has been on virtually all day a message saying that the box will turn off automatically.

 

it tells you to press the OK button to dismiss this

 

where is the OK button please?

Hi @DS3 

Are you sure that this is not a message from your TV set?

If it is you need to use your TV remote not the Sky Q remote.


Or possibly just the volume keys using the SKY Q remote which is what I do when my TV has a similar message (including "Press OK to continue")

 

(I suspect this message is from the TV as  you often have less interaction with the TV than a SKY Q box and TVs also usually have a shorter time before shutdown than a Q box)

Centre dot in middle of up, down, left, right buttons.

That's what can be described as the okay button… try the dismiss button.

@DS3  Use the button with a square and arrow pointing right. (It's the one highlighted with a yellow box on the image below

This message is from your TV & not SKY

 

You will need to use the TVs own remote for this
