As I posted it's ok on my box, (so far!) so I wonder if the issue is linked to a Sky Q box version?

 

For reference mine is 32B108 and software ver Q320.000.15.00L

I will have a look and post the version.  I made my box do an update so I am presuming it is the latest update...but it is still not working.  Checked this morning and did another switch off just in case and nope... !  I have to hunt for what I want in the search box and then find it manually.  It is frustrating!!

Well it's different to mine (I think yours is a newer version than mine wihich has HDR for the iPlayer) so the hypothesis is possible. 

 

We now need to see if others that have suffered the same issue have the same version as you.

Mine is exactly the same as yours, tried all the fixes and nothing worked. Mini box working fine but main Q tv unusable.

Amazon Prime Video app - programme list has reduced significantly

When i open the app, the list of availbale/recommended/previously watched programmes has reduced significantly and i have to search for any programmes i want. If i access via my Smart TV it's fine but not when via SkyQ?

Yes, my Sky Q box version, with my main Samsung TV only shows 2 lines of available viewings, as described by OP. Mini box in bedroom is working as normal

Can all those with the issue, please contact Sky to report it?  The more of us who do will mean they have to at least look at it quicker and post some kind of note on their help forums to say they have an issue.
