bubbles exactly same version as mine. I also did an update that took about 20 mins for it to go through and the reset itself. No version change and no fix.
After that i did an internet switchoff waited a minute or 2 then restarted it, after it had booted all up no change with amazon, the next day we switched off teh sky Q box (note this also cuts the mini box's off too) waited again 1-2 minutes, switched it on once fully booted checked amazon and again no change.
The only other things mentioned are to sign out of amazon, close it and then relog in (but someone said they tried that and it did not work).
Clear the cache for Amazon prime, look for amazon prime update and Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Prime <--- don't think any of these are possible to do with skyQ there is NO option to do so. Going through the highlight settings - press 001 select to go to hidden engineers menu, scroll to apps and refresh (can take upto 24hrs) also did nothing.
This is an issue like disney+ or appleTv+ had a year or so ago, which lasted for us 6-9mths before it was fixed, but you could still at least get through viewing some programmes, with prime your unable to do anything at all. It better not take that long, 1st 3-4mths was its not on our side, and they were passing the buck to and fro.

I've had the same problem with my Prime TV, I contacted Sky and they're replacing my main Q box at no cost.
They must be aware of an issue I assume.
The new Netflix layout sucks too!

Luckily I have a smart tv and can watch on there instead.
Its just really frustrating.
I have managed to get into the search option, find what I wanted and play from that screen. You have even to be careful if you back out you get the blank area and an ad..... then it won't work!

I don't think all our sky boxes haven't broken. I think it is to do with the app itself and working with the Q box.

Likewise, came to see what the new posts were and saw yours saying its been fixed.
Went to check and so has mine also sometime after 2am.
All seems to be fixed and running again YAY.
