Sky weathet app

Is anyone having problems with the sky weayhet app . My sky is  sky q. Each time I go into it, it. says sorry problem,  try later.  Have tried turning off and on again with sane problem. Other apps like netflix, yoitube Disney  etc working fine

Both my Sky stream pucks are showing this error this morning for the weather app.

As @Kelsingra has indicated there is a team working on it. There are plenty of other means of seeing a weather forecast in the meantime.

I have the sky Q box and the weather app can't get it and it's been 10 days

Hi,

It's been a day that the sky q weather app is not working, all the other apps (sky news app, sky sports app are fine.

All the other services are working ok, this has been reported yesterday by a sky customer in the community.

have you any update on this issue

As mentioned above, Sky are aware.

Its still reporting same error today.

Also, annoying, the weather app was being promoted in the home rail and pause screen today...

Any update on what's happening with the Sky Weather App on Sky Q Been down most of the week Saw it was being passed to the technical team but have they done anything ?

Ours is still not working.  So annoying. Especially when the service included in subscription

@farmdown no further update but bearing in mind its the weekend there would no updates over the weekend

Yes having same issue been a few days now this weather app not working
