Frustrated

The Q Box switched off at 22.00hrs last evening. Came back for a short while. Today despite one hour of checking and double-checking I still have a Q Box with a yellow light and zero response when I use the TV remote.

SKY Q NOT WORKING

Hello,

 

last night my sky q just switched off and also in my conservatory Q box there.

 

not working,

I have done as recommended to unplug and leave for a few minutes then plug back in to reset but fault still there.

 

i have also gone into settings and changed to Eco or active as suggested but still not working.

 

it is saying Sky Q box not connected to WiFi but my WiFi is working fine.

 

so I need to try something else or send an engineer out to fix this please.

If you are still having trouble accessing your Sky Q services and haven’t restarted your box since midnight on 16 May,  switch off the box at the power socket for 30 seconds and back on again to restore service.

Also reboot your main Sky Q box if you're having trouble accessing a mini box.

f you are still having trouble accessing your Sky Q services and haven’t restarted your box since midnight on 16 May,  switch off the box at the power socket for 30 seconds and back on again to restore service.

Also reboot your main Sky Q box if you're having trouble accessing a mini box.

Sky Q not sending signal to tv

Hi

 

Sky Q box problems..... if I unplug at the mains then plug in again it works - no satellite signal strength  problems and picture on TV all fine. After ten minutes I lose the picture and get the "no signal" message appearing on the TV. I've updated the software on the Sky Q box, swooped HDMI cables and HDMI ports on the TV and still get the same problem. 
Advice and help please!

Same here. Couldn't even get through. Tried to call today as well but got message saying lines are busy and got cut off. We should have compensation.
