Sky mini boxes still won't connect

Sky Q is now back working, but have reset that plus all the mini boxes several times and none will connect. The Q box TV works though. Any ideas please?

Hi @Tim1969 power down your router and back on again and then try to connect your mini boxes again.

Rebooted this morning. Sky Q box just gone down again at 15.30. Trying another reboot. Seems the problem with Sky isn't resolved......

I am still noble to Access  Sky despite following the recommendations, have been trying since this morning any updates or help available?

I had to do a software update this morning to get Sky working again.

 

last night when I did the turn off & turn on again something set off my trip switch. Not saying it was the SkyQ box, but coincidental.  

 

Hope everyone has managed to reconnect & it doesn't happen again any time soon! 🤞🏻

Just for info as see some people are resetting their mini-boxes......you shouldn't need to. I have 3 mini boxes and none of them have needed to be reset. Main Q box was reset 4 times last night. When it froze, the 'no connection' message was up on the mini-boxes. As soon as the main box came back up, they reconnected themselves with no action needed.

Connectivity problem

Both my tvs are not working since yesterday. I get a message on screen saying "you can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem" 

 

Other neighbours have a similar problem.

Sky Q turns off by itself

My main box has started turning itself off and then I have to disconnect the power to get it to turn back on. Any ideas what the issue is?

Thanks for your reply, but that's got the same result. I've turned off the Sky Q box and router several times. The TV connected to them works, but the other 3 with mini boxes won't connect. The 2 arrows button on the front of the mini boxes just flashes orange, even if I turn them off and on again?

Sky went down on the 15th May and will not come back on again.

My Dad's Sky went off last night - the 15th of May and he is yet to have his service restored.
