replacement skyQ box

Last tuesday we rang re problems with our tv as apps and tv was going into a blank screen. Your employee said the box has frozen and they were going to send a new one. As yet we havent received it. When can we expect delivery.

The Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You are NOT contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

Any new box will probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (either DPD or DHL in the UK) deliver a new box and take your faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van.

 

We have no idea on delivery timescales.
